Big day today! Canada turned 157,
which meant we could take full advantage of all the tats and pins from Grammy,
and most importantly...we finally made it out of Ontario!

This Google Image is only slightly better than the last minute phone-fumbling flyby that Britt captured.
Hoo-ray!!!
We didn't fare much better at the "(Longitudinal) Centre of Canada"
Which looked more like this when we drove by:
We took in some Canada Day events at the (fortunately indoor) Forks Market (where the Red and Assiniboine Rivers meet) in downtown Winnipeg.
An eclectic mix of tasty snacks,
Lechon Kawali
Maple Bacon Taffy
cultural dance,
(in the parking garage)
(Happy Pride, too, everyone!🌈)
We rounded out the day with a few minutes of dry skies in Brandon.
"Guy's don't throw it to me for a bit, I'm practicing my Paquita Variations."
And the infinite soundtrack under that curly mop plays on...
Until the rains started up (again) and we retreated to the safety of the RV.
Livin' the CanaDream!

Love all the Canadians. Such true Canadians. Feel my hugs❤️
Finally out of Ontario. I just love the fact that you take in all in. You go exploring and find these really neat little things to do!! Hopefully the weather improves the farther you go west...go west young man, go west!!
